I am an English teacher and award winning writer  based on the Central Coast of California. I am most interested in teaching and story telling that improves the lives of students and readers on some scale, big or small. My teaching is project and processed based and reflective of my work as a professional writer and editor. My writing includes news and features stories for newspapers, magazines and blogs as well as social media services for businesses.
